Each program responds to a specific objective and you choose programs after which sport you practise or after which muscle group you wish to exercise.
The Cefar MYO 4 is an amazingly technical electronic muscle stimulator, but it is SIMPLE to use. Cefar have made the menu driven programmes easy to navigate. The "Personal Trainer" programme allows you to specify the type of training you are undertaking and which phase you are currently in, it will then prescribe the precise treatment and location of pads and frequency of electronic stimulation to perform.
Use two programs at once
The CEFAR MYO 4 is a four-channel stimulator that allows you to stimulate four muscle groups at once. Cefar is the only manufacturer that lets you run one program on channels 1 and 2 simultaneously with a different program on channels 3 and 4. This is called 2+2, and it lets you stimulate different parts of the body with different programs. You might use a recovery program on a thigh while running a relaxation program on your neck. This saves time and gives greater flexibility.
“Serial contractions"– a new kind of stimulation!
We have developed programs that allow more functional, natural muscle stimulation: serial contractions. These programs stimulate the muscles to contract one after the other in a series. One use for serial contractions is in muscle relaxation programs for a massaging effect.
Modulated stimulation – that pleasant feeling!
The CEFAR MYO 4 contains various unique modulated stimulation types. Different types of modulations make the stimulation more pleasant, and sometimes more effective in comparison with non-modulated stimulators. Modulated stimulation means that the frequency or pulse duration is expanded and reduced during a certain pre-programmed period.

Our generation of sports and fitness stimulators contains a programmable unit – the CEFAR MYO 4 PRO. With it, you can create and store up to 30 personal training programs. The programming function is the only difference between the CEFAR MYO 4 PRO and the CEFAR MYO 4.
